Main Units on PP PE film recycling machine:
1. Belt conveyor with metal detector
The belt conveyor is to sending the plastic flakes into compactor machine. The belt is made of PVC in 4mm thickness. On top of belt,we usually design a metal detector to alarm before sending it into compactor,it is to protect the blades and screw/barrel.
The belt conveyor is with current linkage set with compactor, if the compactor is overload,the belt stops, while the current is normal,the belt keep working.
2. Compactor/Agglomerator
Compactor machine is working with crushing and compact functions,with moving/fixed blades inside of compactor, the material will get fully stir and friction immedietely. Moving baldes friction creat heat to dry materials and make it compact. It is easy to feeding. You can also easily to inspect the inside working of compactor by side inspection window.
Film with moisture,our new wet degassing dusting collection system is a big improvement for film with humidity.
The optimum screw design(turn to the material to be processed) enables the reverse degassing to be true in the cutter compactor,it is a help of degassing zone of extruder.
3. Extruder/Filtration
The main extruder is designed with a vacuum system,if your material sometimes is a little wet or with some useless elements. The vacuum degassing can absord the impurities to improve the ending quality of granules.
In the end part of the extruder,we put a pressure sensor to reminding operator to change the net timely.
4. Die face cutting system
Here is for die face cutting system, the granules will cutted and fall into water in short time. The thickness of granules is depend on the speed of motor(Inverter control)
