Purpose:This knife grinding machine is specially designed for the plastic crusher, with high efficiency. It also can be used for the straight-bladed knife from woodenworker tool.
Feature:This tool is made up of machine body,working table,slide carriage,retarding motor,wheel head,electrical controller.,which is with nice appearance,terse construction,small volume,light weight,high efficience(it’s 2-3 times than the common tooll),be the same with different straight-bladed knife.

Adujust and operation of the machine:
1、When grinding the knife with different size,you can adjust the grip angle to be a suitable style.First,please disentangle the closed bolt,then adjust the angle on the operating table,close the bolt finally.
2、Grinding the knife in different size,please adjust the suitable distance by the position limit switch on the machine.The distance should be longer than the knife length,it’s better to go beyond 40－50mm.
3、Please check the knife whether it’s on the right place when grind knife,then lengthwise grind it.If it works in abnormal condition,please check it again until it is right.
4、Adjusting the vertical feed via the hand wheel on the grinding wheel frame.When the hand wheel circumrotates 1 circuit,the vertical feeds 2mm.Vertical feeding should happen before the grinding wheel contacts the blade,or the blade becomes crooked.
5、Please note:in the grinding process,the entry knife can be too much,0.3-0.5mm is better,or the blade will be burnout.
6、Whwn the height of th grinding wheel is frayed to 25-30mm,it needs to be exchanged.Please put the new grinding wheel together with the set to test the static balancing,then use it.
When it grinds normally,there is potty susurrus from the grinding wheel,if ther is abnormally noise,please stop it immediately,then check the knife,the big feeding,oil dirty or fasten,or impertinence,anyone will cause the noise.
When grinding the knife,please open saponification oil pump,coolant will be controlled by the nozzle.
Electrical controller
1、Temperature: ±0－＋40℃,it can’t be beyond ＋35℃ in 24 hours.When the highest temperature is ＋40℃,the opposite temperature can not be beyond 50%，height above sea level must is under 2000m.
The electricity of the tool is three phase three wire system: 380V 50HZ.
