Introduction/Applications:
RETECH Hydraulic Guillotine Cutter Machines are applied in plastic recycling industry,it is working with hydraulic system,the cutter will reduction the baled,rolled plastic films into small.
After cutting,the rolled/baled plastic film will be using to washing or pelletizing.
The guillotine cutting machine is usually equipped with belt conveyors.

I.Advantages of our cutter
1. Cutting knife: use of high quality alloy 9CrSi, wear-resistant, sharp, high hardness
2. Oil cylinder: use of professional high pressure cylinder seamless steel cylinder; piston rod with 45# steel refined grinding processing after plating, high wear resistance, good toughness; sealing ring with high wear resistance and oil resistance of high quality rubber production, long life, good sealing.
3. The cutter orientation with the copper guide post guide sleeve type structure, accurate orientation, small abrasion, long service life.

FEATURES:
1. This machine is suitable for various kinds of rubber materials, plastic material and different types not metal material with hardness .
2. The machine owns simple structure , high grade automatic level ,easy operation,little noise ,equipped with safety device, material feeding speed adjustable and so on
3.This machine mainly used for cutting natural rubber ,synthetic rubber into small pieces for plasticating and mixing , it is widely placed near the rubber kneader machine , cutting big rubber material into small pieces for next step
4.The machine mainly consists of cutter , rack , hydraulic station ,machine base ,electrical cabinet ,etc .There is nylon mat on the surface of machine to protect the knife against damage
5.when you need cut the material , just put the material into feeding roller , and feeding roller will feed the material under the knife , then press the motor button in cabinet , knife will fall down and cut the material
