Material comes from offcut,defective film and washed clean film.

PP PE film→Belt conveyor→Compactor→Mother extruder →Hydraulic screen exchanger →Baby extruder→Hydraulic screen exchanger →Die face cutting system →Air transmission →Silo storage
Feed offcut PP PE film on the Belt conveyor machine and send into Compactor for cutting, heating, compacting and mixing, then enter the extruder for extruding.
Feed regrind material through the Spiral charger and Feeder on the extruder.
Instruction: the film and regrind material can be recycled separately or together, depending on customers’ different needs.
