Brief introduction:
HDPE PP hard material Crushing Washing Recycling Plant could handle wide range usage HDPE PP material, such as the ones we have listed on top. It could shred, crush, wash and dry to realize the recycling of the materials. Combing with wet crusher, friction washer, high speed friction washer, cold washer or even with hot washer to guarantee the final flakes dry clean and evenly. So the final HDPE PP flakes could be regranulated to further getting granules finally, and some could be used to make new products directly with the HDPE PP flakes.
The structure of this plant is designed based on our many years experience to manufacturing the recycling machines. Simple structure, compact component, low energy consumption, safe and easy operating, simple maintenance. All these good points are to help the customer to get good profit.
The parts of machines contacted with material are made of stainless steel SUS 304 with thickness from 3mm to 6mm. It can ensure the recycling plant running for a long time. Normally it can run 10 years. With well maintenance, it can run 15~20 years.

Main Machines Specifications:
Crusher
The crusher is to cut the bottles into small flakes, “V” shape of rotor by tempering and balance treatment is stronger for crushing. Crushing with water will clean the flakes in first. Putting a screen under rotor will control the size of crushed flakes.
Trommel screen
It is design to remove the small metals and stones that hide in baled blocks, with the rolling screen out, the small stones and metals will fall down naturally.
Manual separator
The workers will pick up the useless material here.
Metal alarm system
It is for detecting the metals to protect the blades in Crusher, once it finds metals, it will alarm and take it out automatically.
Washing tank
After crushing, the flakes will be washed by cold water, here the small residual labels will float above water and collected, the PET flakes will sink into water and get fully washing.
Hot washer
With electricity/steam heating in 60-80 degree, the hot washer can achieve to clean the flakes efficiently. The stirring rotor inside will make flakes fully washed by staying about 20 minutes. The heating water with soda chemical is a regular choice.
Friction washer
The friction washer is mainly to separate the sticky dirt like oil/glue from the flakes by the high centrifuge force. At the same time, the water with chemicals will be mostly removed too.
Washing tank
Here the cold washer is aim to purify flakes. 2 times washing will get more clean flakes.
Centrifuge dewatering
The strong centrifuge force by high speed will dry the flakes. Equipped with hot air heating system will make sure the moisture within 1%.
Air separator
After hot air dryer. The rest very few labels will be totally separated with flakes. Our Zigzag air separator will suck the light labels out. The purify flakes will drop to silo.
Silo
To collect the final clean flakes.
Safety: All our machines are made according to the CE standard. All rotating parts with safe fence or cover in case of any men body damaged. The maintenance opening parts are equipped with limited switch. All lines are quipped with emergency switch.
Material: All parts contacted with material are made of stainless steel SUS304 with thickness 3~6mm.
Long-life running: All steel parts are treated with anticorrosion, all stainless steel are SUS 304 with acid washing treatment.
Designing: All plants designed base on the real situation of customers’ material and our many years experience manufacturing the machines.
