Hot Melted Cold Densifier EPS PS XPS XPE ABS Foam Sheet Rigid Double Stage Plastic Recycling Machine Pelletizing Line
Brief introduction:
This type of pellets production PS EPS foam pelletizing machine is designed for processing EPS foam shape plastic. The big EPS cold densifier or hot melted EPS foam bulk will cut into small EPS flakes by shredder firstly. The force compactor feeder will grind the EPS flakes into smaller and push them into extruder.
With 2 times filter system and powerful degassing unit, the granules will be clean and strong.
Noodle type cutting or water ring die face cutting is optional.
Working flow:
Process:the bulk materials or thick flakes after crushed,conveyed into the single screw extruder by belt conveyor,then,compressing,plasticizing in the extruder and removed the violatile and moisture by the vacuum system,after filtering through the filtration system to pelletize into granules.Depends on different screw diameters of single screw extruders,capacity can cover 100 to 1200kg/h.

1.Belt conveyor Equipped with metal detector Controlled by the current in compactor. Function:to convey the crushed EPS foam into compactor,working with metal detector will find the hidden metals in plastics and stop the belt immediately.

2. Compactor/Cutter All working is automatically by current, the feeding will stop if it is over current. Cooling way:by cold water and air cooling. Function:to cut the plastic into small by the moving blades. By high speed rotation,it will compact the material and sending them into extruder.
