The Greenhouse covering film washing line is consist of crushing part,washing part,drying part. The working steps should be like below:
1) Bale cutter

Stone removing system:
This design is made by RETECH recycling R&D team,we fully consider the features of LDPE agriculture greenhouse covering film. The film is usually dirty with soil,stone,metal.Due to this situation, RETECH Machinery suggest to cut the big baled film into small firstly by our hydraulic bale cutter machine.The cutted film will get rotate slowly in trommel screen,here the small stones and soil will fall down from the screen. The film will send to next for crushing.
Film Crushing system:
Our film crushing system is the most advanced for cutting PE PP film bags,with special structure on design to processing PE film,the angle is perfectly to cut in 22.5 degree.The moving blades are in shape of staggered step type,the current is very stable while cutting film with low noise.
The rotors are with tempering treatment and dynamic balance treatment.
Final film size is controlled by mesh hole,it is usually 40-60mm.

Film Washing System:
After crushing system,the film will fall into low speed friction washer machine. With speedy moving,the dirt will more cleaned here. It will help reduce the washing pressure in next floating washing tank.
The film is widely washed in film floating tank by constantly washing rollers. Film roll over in the washing tank and pushed forwarder.

Squeezing drying system:
RETECH has 2 recommend on film drying system.
1st option is working with centrifuge dryer,it is working with high speed centrifuge force to remove water from PE film flakes. It will not change the shape of film,final moisture will be in 5%-8%.

PE film granulating machine is consist of below:

PP PE film Single stage water ring die face pelletizing machine:
The single stage pelletizing machine is with only one stage extrusion and one filtration system. It is working aim at the clean film,offcut LDPE HDPE film,leftover LDPE LLDPE HDPE film. Such like HDPE T shirt bag, virgin film.
The film is dry and clean,it is no need to dirt removing, just need granule making.

PP PE film Double stage water ring die face pelletizng machine:
The double stage pelletizing machine is working with washed film, these film may contains some dirt and water. So,it is better to add a sub extrusion machine for 2 times filtration. We will also add a dust-water removing system on the top of agglomerator/compactor.

Features:
1) Belt conveyor
For sending the soft film into compactor machine,working with metal detector to find metals and protect the blades in compactor and screw in extruder.
2) Compactor/Agglomerator
Working with moving and fixed blades which has friction force in 500 RPM speed, it create the heat and compact the film. It is feeding controlled by current.
3) Extruder and degassing
Melt the plastic and degassing the useless cells. The film will get totally plasticizing and heating,the end filtration system will stop the impurities.
4) Die face cutting system
With new technology on cutting part, we can achieve to cut the PP PE in one machine. The water ring around in best angle will ensure the cutting granules uniform.
