PE Agriculture Film Recycling PP LDPE LLDPE Mulch Film Plastic Bag Washing Recycling Line
Application:
Post consumer LDPE/LLDPE agriculture film,PE shopping bag will be washing and cleaning by our high efficiency PP PE film washing line.
After film wash and clean,it is 95% dry or more, so it can be send to make regranulate again. You can choose the quality of granules based on the mesh standard and layers.
The recycled PP PE granules will be used to make film blowing to make clean film.
Main Features:
1. The main material is PE agriculture film, PE bags, shopping bags, beverage bags, PP woven bags, and some other soft material etc…
2. The main process of the washing line is crushing, washing, drying parts.
3. The capacity of the washing line is from 200kg/h to 1000kg/h.
4. The crusher is to crush the film and woven bags to small pieces with size 60mm to 120mm.
5. Cold water sinking swimming tank can wash the common dirties, like the soil, sand, earth, stone, glass out.
6. High speed friction washer and hot sinking swimming tank can remove the strong dirties, like the grease, oil, glue.
7. With big capacity, double drying system can ensure the final products, PE PP flakes moisture lower than 5%.
8. With squeezing machine, the moisture level of PE PP flakes can be lower than 3%.
9. Final PP PE flakes can be taken directly to the granulating/pelletizing line to make granules/pellets.
Main Parts machines in the PP PE film washing line:
1. Crusher
The long belt/tape of LDPE agriculture film or LLDPE packaging film will be cut by our crusher machine. The flakes after cut will be in size bewteen 60mm-80mm controlled by mesh screen diameter.
New type of crusher with stagger shape of rotor/blades ensure higher capacity and lower noise.
Crudshing with water is a better choice comparing with dry crushing.
2. Friction washer
Friction washer here is to remove the most sand and help the wash in swimming tank. Some dirt agriculture film contains sand with about 25-30 or even more. It is a pressure for cleaning washing tank,so in order to reducing the sand in washing tank,we put a friction washing machine before swimming floating tank.
3. Washing Floating Tank
LDPE/LLDPE/PP film flakes is fully unflolded and cleaning here by rollers pushing, the long tooth could bring film deeply into water slowly and constantly. To improve the capacity and take fewer water out, we usually put a chain belt in the end of washing tank.
Here,dirt sand/stone/mulch will fall down again and discharge by side screw loader.
4. High speed friction washer
Some stubborn dirt which is difficult to remove will be handle by high speed friction washer. It is with high speed centrifuge force which can get rid of stickers on film flakes.
5. Film dryer/Dehydrator/Squeezer
One big point of the whole washing system is on drying system, we have 2 ways to dry the wet film, centrifuge dehydrator and squeezing machine.
1) The centrifuge dewatering machine is working by the high speed rotation force to remove the water.
2) The squeezing dryer machine is working with screw to squeeze the film into compactor and remove water by squeezing force pressure.
