PE PA composite lamination film granulating recycling machine
Product Intruduction:
RCDJ series PE/PA laminated film recycling and granulating line is designed/manufactured by Zhangjiagang Retech Machinery Co.,Ltd.
With low flow and laminated natures, we make a special design inside of screw structure. The film get totally melted by high temperature heating, with melting section in right position,we can achieve PE/PA film fully granulating stable.
Depend on shapes of films, we can decide how to cut the films by shredder or by hydraulic rubber cutter. If the rolling PE/PA film with paper carton inside,it is better to cut the roll first by hydraulic cutter, and pick the paper carton out. And then, it can be recycle by our compactor pelletizing line directly.
