Our high efficiency, one-step plastic recycling pelletizing machine is designed for the reprocessing of PE polyethylene (HDPE,LDPE, LLDPE film), PP polypropylene (BOPP, OPP)printed and non-printed,filament, raffia, nylon,etc.
This compactor integrated pelletizing system eliminates the need of pre-cutting the material, requires less space and energy consumption while producing high quality plastic pellets at a productive rate.

Equipment List:
1.Feeding Unit:
Metal-detector is combined with belt conveyor,and interlocked in controling system to stop the
belt conveyor when it detected metal in feeding section.
2.Compactor:
Rotary blades on the knife-disk and fixed blades on the wall cut plastic PE film material into small flakes.
Heat which caused by high speed friction pre-heats and dries the flakes and make them shrink.
Arc-shaped plates guide the material down and into the extruder under the centrifugal force of knife disk.
3.Plasticization/Melting:
Optimized 33 L/D Single-screw extruder gently plasticizes the agglomerates.
With double vacuum degassing zones,volatile and moisture in the melt are exhausted to improve quality of granules.
4.Melt filtration:
Choosing suitable screen changer depends on application of pellets and content of impurities.
Non-stop plate type,piston type, SCF self-cleaning type are for options.
Filtration area ranges from 254cm².
5.PP PE Water-ring pelletizer:
Cutting speed is automatically adjusted according to melt pressure at the die head to ensure even granules.
Pressure of blade onto the die is automatically adjusted by high precision pressure sensor.
Automatic strand pelletizer,Under-water pelletizer for option.
6.Drying and Packing system:
Advanced dewatering vibrasieve combined with horizontal centrifugal present high drying performance and low energy consumption.
