For PET pelletizing recycling machine, the extruder granulation processing generally uses a screw extruder to melt PET to form a noodle strap, and then water-cooled and then sent to a pelletizer to cut into cylindrical particles. The granulation adopts the rotary knife type granulator. The extruder can be a single screw extruder or a twin screw extruder. The selected single-screw extruder should have a large aspect ratio (above 25: 1). In addition, a mutation screw should be used to facilitate the plasticization and smooth extrusion of PET chips.
