The plastic PP woven bag pelletizing line is used to process PP film, BOPP printing film, packaging film, PP woven bag, PP jumbo bag, PP raffia bag, PP ton bags, etc.

BOPP film→belt conveyor→compactor→mother extruder →hydraulic screen changer →baby extruder→hydraulic screen changer →pelletizing system →air transmission →silo storage.

Feed film on the Belt conveyor machine and go into Compactor for cutting, heating, compacting and mixing, then enter the film granulating machine for extruding.

Feed regrind material through the Spiral charger and Feeder on the extruder.

Instruction: the film and regrind material can be recycled separately or together, depending on customers’ different needs.
