About PP Plastic:
PP (Full name:polypropylene) is a kind of polymer family. The density is between 0.89~0.91g/cm3,inflammable,melting point 165℃.It is widely used in clothing,blanket,etc fiber,medical equipment,cars,piping,chemical containers,food packing products industries.Usually we suggest to recycle PP woven bag by our double stages die face pelletizing machine.
Considering the technical and cost/energy saving/environment protection,it is the most reasonable way to recycle PP.

The whole PP granulating line is with high automatically,power saving,labor saving features.You can choose to single stage or double stage extrusion for melting.
We provide 2 granules cutting way,water ring cutting and noodle cutting types.

With the shapes and sizes of PP plastics,we can decide to add a shredder in front of pelletizing machine or not. Small pieces of PP flakes are more stable running to machines.
Whole PP woven bags pelletizing&granulating line:
Shredder
By unique design of rotor,the single shaft shredder is capable to cut the big PP bags or rolling PP into small flakes. Small cutted PP flakes is very average for feeding into extruder with stable and lower electric current.
Compactor
The compactor is a key part for feeding capacity, pre-heating by friction and cut will dry and agglomeration the flakes into Semi-plasticing shape,it is more compact and easy feeding. Cooling by water around barrel of compactor can keep the temperature around 100°C.
Main Extruder
The screw and barrel structure is designed by natures of PP material. First, it will heating and melting the materials.There is a degassing vent in the middle of extruder. It is for degassing the useless cells and impurities.
In the end of screw, we prepare a pressure alarming system to inform the operators to changing nets timely. It is controlled by current system.
Die face cutting
Die face cutting is another important point of the whole line. Refined calculations by pressure and MFI can be assure for good looking granules.
Dryer
Here we put centrifugal machines or vibrator machines as optional.Dried granules can be make piping or blowing directly.
