After washing the film, the usual way of dehydration is to centrifugal dehydration first, and then electric heating and drying, which consumes a lot of power, but the output is low. In addition, the cleaned waste does not easily enter the extruder. To solve this problem, RETECH supplies this plastic film extruder.
This extruder is used after washing plastic film/plastic agricultural film/waste plastic sheet, using the principle of extrusion dehydration to extrude water from the plastic.
By rotating the screw, water will flow out of the bottom, and the plastic will become hot through high intensity extrusion friction and moderate plasticization after the mold is heated. Finally, the blade will cut the particles from the mold.
Plastic film squeezing and drying machine is designed for the dehydration and drying of film soft plastics similar to PP woven bags, PE agricultural film, nylon and so on. The squeezer machine can squeeze and dehydrate common different types of film plastics to a moisture content of less than 8% through the screw in the barrel to push the soft materials. This machine is reasonable in structure/easy to operate/economical and practical, which is the equipment in the film plastic washing granulation production line.
Film squeezing drying machine adopts spiral extrusion dewatering principle, equipped with imported oil pressure device. It is used for squeezing and dewatering plastic films, plastic bags, snakeskin belts, space bags and thin soft plastics. Easy to operate, good squeezing effect. The success of the research and development of the equipment solves the market problems of plastic PE film, PE plastic bags, PP snakeskin bags, space bags and other soft plastics extrusion and dehydration.
