This PP PE film/rigid pelletizing line is specially design to deal with the materials like LDPE,LLDPE,HDPE film,etc.
With compactor unit to agglomeration the material firstly.Compacting will helpful to reduce the moisture and good for feeding into extruder.
2 vacuum degassing vent will absorb the dirt and printing ink.
The final flakes will be more clean and stable.
Side feeder is working for HDPE PP rigid flakes for another feeding way.
This production line is with high automatically operation and labor savings quality.

(5) The granules could put into blowing directly
