Plastic PET Flakes PP PE Rings Caps Sinking Floating Washing Separation Recycling Line
RETECH new plastic PET PP PE sorting washing separation machine system is mainly working for plastic recycling/sorting/washing/drying functions. It could achieve the color and material separation by using color sorting system and material sorting system.
The PET PP PE separation machine cosist of following unit:
1. Bale Opener
The baled plastics in a big block shape,it is usually tightly fixed by iron wires,so we need first cut the wires and put the bale into bale opener. The opener will make the tight plastic into loose shape.
2. Trommel Screen
Here the trommel screen is used to separate the useless small metals and stones inside of mixed plastics.With rotation screen,it can Pre-Cleaning the plastics.
3. Sorting System
Our plastic sorting system consist of manual sorting and machine sorting. Workers standing aside the sorting belt and pick the useless out. The plastic color sorting machine will setting to sort the different color of plastics into different channels.
4. Size Reduction
We have options of plastic shredders/crushers to make size reduction. By it’s unique designs,we can process different plastics based on it’s own characters.

5. Sink-Float washing separation tank
The plastics with different density will separate here by water density. The density over water will fall down into bottom of plastic washing tank.The density less than water will float on the surface of water. Then,it will go to different next way to next process.

PP/PE/HDPE flakes/film floating
PET/PVC/ABS sinking
6. Drying System
We dry the plastics on the basis of the plastics natures. For film soft plastics,we treat it by squeezing dryer. The moisture can be controlled within 3%.
For hard plastics,we handle by centrifuge force dryer in high rotation speed. It can control the moisture within 1%.
7. Label separation machine
In the end of plastic separation system, there is still some small quantity of labels/powders mixed in plastics,so we need to remove them to get pure plastic. So we add a device to remove the labels again. It is called zigzag label remover machine. By air valve control,it can remove the labels out and the flakes fall down with gravity.
8. Plastic Packing Silo
Here is to collection the plastics and pack it.
