Plastic PP HDPE Hard Flakes Granulating Line
Plastic hard flakes granulation line features.
(1) Screw conveyor to feed the plastic HDPE PP flakes automatically by timer.
(2) Ration feeder on the top of extruder to control the feeding speed.
(3) Current control for extruding.
(4) Plastic flakes granulating line for HDPE PP ABS Hollow Bottle Bucket Lumps Nature Degassing or Double vacuum degassing station for moisture removing.
(5) Pressure sensor before filtration system to warnning chaning nets.
(6) Pelletizing way optional: water ring die face cutting,pulls strand noodle cutting.
