Plastic film flakes storage hopper/Storage silo
Application:
Plastic film flakes storage hopper is working for store washed plastic films like LDPE agriculture film,LLDPE packing film.In the end of plastic washing line,it is not demand for processing immedietely for granulation,so we need to store the washed plastic film into a big hopper.The volumn ranges from 5 m³to 50m³.
Our hopper is running with turbo fan,which is a good way to feeding the plastic film,working with heating pipe and pipelines can reduce the moisture and put to plastic granulating machine directly.

We can make you a unique design for storage hopper,with new Germany design idea for inclined falling type,it is a good design direction for fall down and stop film block.
