Post Consumer Plastic PP PE Film Woven Bags Crushing Washing Squeezing Drying Recycling Line
Post-industrial or post-consumer plastic materials are used, mixed and contaminated. With heavy duty shredders and wet washing granulators we wash and size reduce plastic materials, separating out the coarser impurities in our pre-washing sections. Our floating separation tanks and high speed friction washer steps separate different types of plastic according to their specific weight. In case of particularly stubborn contamination we use our hot washing to remove. Mechanical (centrifugal) dryers and hot air drying make clean material capable of extrusion. Washed films, woven bags can be also dried with the aid of an film squeezer.
High density plastics or low density plastic materials could separated by pure water(density=1),or it is working by salt water(density>1),it is combine some magnets,metal detectors,screening,label removers to get a recycling flow.
We supply completely plastic washing lines+pelletizing lines, as well as single unit components for existing recycling systems.
