1) High Input Feeding:
The RCDJ plastic feeding system is consist of belt conveyor and compactor/agglomerator unit.
The compactor/agglomerator combines latest Europe technology, the moving blades and fixed blades create heat by friction.The loosen film will get compact and easy for feeding.With advanced technology on feeding performance, the compactor improves the cutting/size reduction the plastics into small flakes.
All working is controlled by current and temperature,once it is overload or over temperature,the belt stops sending materials and while the current recovery normal,the feeding start automatically.
2)High Effectively Extrusion and Filtration
Degassing:
The degassing vent system is located in the middle of extruder,it is working to remove the moisture and some useless cells. By powerful absorb ability,it can maximum to reduce the useless cells contains in plastics.
Filtration System:
It is very important of filtration screen system if you want to get the best granules and pellets.Here you have different options of filtration filters as per your own conditions.Usually RETECH provide single-plate hydraulic screen filter/continuous screen changer/double piston continuous screen changer/backflush changer/meshless changer filter.
Die Face Cutting System:
Cutting speed can be adjustable to get uniform granules.The Pneumatic cutting way can get cutting pressure stable to get best cutting performance.
Here the noodle type cutting system is also optional. It depends on your hobby.

Important Units:
1. Belt conveyor
The belt conveyor is to sending the PE material into compactor machine. The belt is made of PVC in 4mm thickness. On top of belt,we usually put a metal detector to alarm before sending it into compactor,it is to protect the blades and screw/barrel.
The belt conveyor is with current linkage set with compactor, if the compactor is overload,the belt stop, while the current is normal,the belt working.
2. Compactor
Here the compactor machine is with crushing and compact function,with moving/fixed blades design inside of barrel, the material will fully stir and friction immedietely. The moving baldes and friction creat heat to dry materials and make material compaction. It is easy to feeding with bigger capacity. You can easily to inspect the working inside of compactor by the inspection window.
For washed PE film with moisture, our new degassing dusting collection system is so big improvement of final granules.
New technology of degassing in the cutter compactor takes place preheating and predrying the plastic materials.
The optimum screw design(turn to the material to be processed) enables the reverse degassing to be true in the cutter compactor,it is a help of degassing zone of extruder.
In all,the compactor is to crush,dry,compact the film in one step.
3. Extruder
The main extruder is designed with a vacuum system, if your material sometimes is a little wet or with some useless elements. The vacuum can absord the impurities to improve the quality of granules.
At the end of the extruder,we put a pressure sensor to alarm the remind operator to change the net.
4. Horizontal cutting system
Here is for die face cutting system, the granules will cutted and fall into water in short time. The thickness of granules is depend on the speed of motor(Inverter control)
