Rigid And Film Side Force Feeder Pelletizing Recycling Line(PE-PP)
Brief introduction:
The PE PP film and woven bags pelletizing recycling plant is used to recycle PE PP HDPE LDPE LLDPE soft material, including the PE PP film, shopping bags, woven bags, stretch films, agriculture films, and the film off cut from the film production plant. The recycled pellets can be reused again to make new plastic products. Then it achieves the waste plastic to be resource again.

Features:
Gear reducer: The high torque, hard-surface gear reducer with water cooling circulation system ensures the line running steady, silent, and long life.
Barrel and screw: The special material (38CrMoA1A & double alloy) and hardness treatment (nitride and tempering) of the screw and barrel make extruder to be good wear resistance.
Degassing: Special design by vacuum and natural degassing for the venting can discharge the moisture and waste air, such as oil and printing efficiently which ensure the finally plastic granules are with smooth surface, no water, no bubble, and good quality.
Hydraulic filter changer: Different structure due to the material status, such as single plate double filter changer, double plate double filter changer, double pistol double filter changer, no mesh automatic filter changer…hydraulic, free leakage, works swift and easy to operate.
Cutting way: Two type cutting way, the noodle type and water ring type including vertical and horizontal die face cutting makes the customer freely to choose.
Special designed die: All die holes size are special designed due to the material characters and our rich experience to make machines.
Cooling way: Most of the materials are cooled by water. Some like PVC PE are also could be cooled by wind.
Package of the final products: Final products granules will be blowing into silo, which will be packaged by manual or packaging by scale machine automatically.
