Working Flow of PP PE film bag washing line:
Crushing:
Our strong shredder/crusher will firstly cut the PP woven bag,because PP woven bag is very strong and sometimes with chemicals,so we recommend to use our heavy duty shredder/crusher.
Washing:
The friction washer in front of our sinking floating washing tank,it is used to remove the dirt which can maximum reduce the dirt into floating tank.
The working theory is removing dirt by fast centrifuge force.
The PP woven bag washing tank with forwarder rollers can completely wash the woven flakes. The dirt will fall down slowly,clean PP woven material will be float and will be sent to the next.
Drying:
New Generation Squeezer for PP woven bag with heat will remove water very easily.
The final granules shape film can be ensure 3% moisture.
