One of our regular customer from South Asian who bought one PE film granulating line from RETECH Machinery currently installed one 500kg/hr LDPE agriculture film washing line.
While negotiating with RETECH sales/technical team for the LDPE film washing solution,customer put a important view that their film is very dirty and with a lot of mud/soil. Our engineer recommend to use the triple washing channel screw pusher to make sure the film stay enough time in the washing tank.
Here by photos,you can obviously compare the pre/after wash film.
The film after washed by our washing system,the final flakes is dry within 5% and very white clean.
After testing and installation in customer’s factory, the machine now is working well and customer is getting satisfy to RETECH team.
