Machine design purpose:

This PP non woven fabric pelletizinig machine is design to process waste PP non-woven materials. It combine shredder and compactor machines for one-step to making fabric into small granules.

Firstly, the single shaft shredder will pre-cutting the fabric into flakes for easy feeding into compactor.

Compactor will fine cut the flakes and send the material into screw by force. By melting and extrusion step,the cutting system will make the granules in round.

The PP non woven granulating line is equipped with PLC automatic system for easy operation.
