The compacting machine is equipped with a cutter head and a fixed knife on the inner wall to cut and break the film, and generates heat under the high-speed cutting friction to shrink the material, increase the packing density and improve the feed amount, and the material after heat shrinkage is thrown into the main machine screw through the guide plate installed on the inner wall.

Compared with the traditional stretch bar granulation method, the particles cut out by water ring granulation are uniform in size, without changing the problem of broken bars, and the equipment occupies less land.
