Belt conveyor+ Metal detector
1. The feeding belt is working controlled by linkage setting with compactor and metal detector.
2. The electricity current in compactor will control the feeding belt by over current setting, the speed of feeding is decided by how full the compactor room is.
3. If the metal detector finds metals, it will alarm and stop the belt, it is to protect the blades in compactor and protect the screw.
4. With emergency stop button, the feeding operator can stop the belt if any emergency.
Compactor
The design of compactor is very important for whole system. Better compactor will make more stable running performance and make same size pellets.
1. The moving and fixed blades in compactor will cut the plastic into small pieces and frictional heating by high speed moving blades make films more compact to ensure high-efficient and stable feeding to screw.
2. We can meet the best design on quantity of blades according to your plastic material nature.
3. The thermocouple to detect the inside temperature of compactor.
4. We adopt the world famous brand SKF/NSK, the best bearings in bottom of compactor for long time life.
5. With an inspection door on top of compactor, you can check the working conditions inside anytime.
6. Usually we set a temperature in compactor, it is about 100 degree, If it is over-temperature, the belt will stop too.
Extruders
1. Specially designed screw structure will have better melting performance and get higher production. The well material of 38CrMoAlA and nitride treatment of screw with thickness 0.5-0.7mm.
2. Different temperature setting according to different plastic natures.
3. Double zones vacuum degassing design will volatilize and remove the low molecular and moisture effectively.
4. Fans cooling automatically.
Filters
1. We can supply different types of filters, the most recommend is the board type filter, by most of feedback from customers, the board filter is easy operation, fast changing, and stable running. It is still the 1st choice.
2. Some customer need put 2-5 more layers of mesh, so we usually design the filter more deeper on position of putting nets.
3. Before filter, we set a sensor to predict pressure, it is to test the pressure of filter and give notice to operator to change the net immediately.
4. Customer can choose the standard of net in 60-80-100-120 by the using purpose of next step.
5. Two times filtration will remove the impurities more completely
Watering ring cutting system
1. The pneumatic or spring pressure to give stress to blades, the blades will fully touching the die face, adjust automatically by the force. It will guarantee to cutting more stably and get the best looking pellets.
2. The speed is controlled by inverter, operator can also decide the thickness of pellets to get more uniform.
3. Spraying angle is perfectly designed to get best cooling and make pellets independently and not stick.
4. Proper quantity of holes on die is depend on the material natures, fully pressure will make better pellets.
5. Water temperature for cooling the pellets ranges 10-35 degree in best.
Dryer
You can choose centrifugal or vibrating screen for dry. The final moisture will be within 1%. You can make them to blowing directly.
